Welcome to Therapy!

You may come to my office because you are confused, in emotional or mental pain, or you are having difficulty in a relationship. The relationship can be with yourself, your significant other, a friend, family member or work relationship.

The relationship with your Self is usually about being unhappy, uncomfortable, confused. lack of energy, afraid, angry, anxious, depressed or spiritual dryness.    

You may be having flashbacks, nightmares, feel shame, or have obsessive thinking.

Psychotherapy is about healing. You do that by resolving past or current issues, learning ways of communicating, learning coping skills: basically making changes in your life.

Your life and experiences are unique to you, so by working together and applying therapy approaches and techniques you can unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions and thoughts that may be holding you back from finding your authentic self.
