Welcome to Therapy!

You may come to my office because you are confused, in emotional or mental pain, or you are having difficulty in a relationship. The relationship can be with yourself, your significant other, a friend, family member or colleague/co-worker.

The relationship with your Self is usually about being unhappy, uncomfortable, confused, fatigued, afraid, angry, anxious, depressed or spiritually dry.    

You may be experiencing flashbacks, nightmares, shame, or obsessive thinking.  You can heal.

Psychotherapy is about healing. Part of healing includes resolving past or current issues, understanding your style of communicating, enhancing coping skills;it is all about getting to know your Self.

Your life and experiences are unique to you, so by working together and applying therapy approaches and techniques you can unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions and thoughts that may be holding you back from finding your authentic self.
